DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:  THE PITTSBURGH MOTORCYCLE COMPANY HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY WARRANTIES ON THE PARTS OR PRODUCTS DESCRIBED ON THIS INVOICE ARE THOSE OF THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PARTS OR PRODUCTS. THE PITTSBURGH MOTORCYCLE COMPANY NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF SAID PARTS OR PRODUCTS.  THS DISCLAIMER IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE PROVISIONS OF ANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM THE PITTSBURGH MOTORCYCLE COMPANY ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR INCOME.

SALES OF RACE ONLY PARTS: By ordering “Race Only” parts from The Pittsburgh Motorcycle Company, you, as the client, expressly acknowledge and assume all the responsibility for ensuring and providing documentation to verify that the sale or installation of every “Race Only” part is for competition racing vehicle use only. Examples of such documentation include but not limited to:

Drivers License, Owner/Operator Information, VIN# Letter of Intent from Race Team Corporation/Business on letterhead, Title/Proof that the vehicle is not registered for highway use in any State. You consent to the disclosure of your identity to any governmental entity responsible for regulating emissions and/or enforcing emissions laws, if requested.

The EPA has taken civil and criminal enforcement action against companies and individuals for violations of the Clean Air Act’s tampering and defeat device prohibitions. 

NOISE REGULATIONS: A number of jurisdictions/states have exhaust noise laws. Exhaust products sold & installed might not be legal for sale or use on highway vehicles in such jurisdictions/states. Check applicable laws and regulations.

WINDOW TINT: A number of jurisdictions/states have window tint laws. Tint installed might not be legal for sale or use on highway vehicles in such jurisdictions/states. Check applicable laws and regulations. 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND AUTHORIZATION: Customer hereby grants The Pittsburgh Motorcycle Company permission to operate their vehicle in connection with application services such as but not limited to: Diagnosis, Road Testing andInstallation of Parts.

The Pittsburgh Motorcycle Company may take photos/videos of your vehicle, without disclosure of ownership, VIN, license plate or personal identification. These photos are for but not limited to: Vehicle check in, warranty related issues, product registration, and marketing purposes. 

The Pittsburgh Motorcycle Company reserves the right to cancel any sale or service.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING: The Pittsburgh Motorcycle Company does not accept responsibility for delayed shipments (inbound or outbound). We will do our best to provide you with updated shipping information if requested.

RETURN POLICY: All returned items must be in the original unopened box or container, must be accompanied by this invoice and are subject to a 10-35% restocking fee. Please note that The Pittsburgh Motorcycle Company will not accept returns after 15 days from the date listed on this invoice. No refunds or returns on special order parts or electrical parts. If the item you have ordered is in stock, it is considered an “In-Stock” item. If the item you have ordered is not “In-Stock” it is considered a “Special Order Item”.

PAYMENTS: Special ordered items require a deposit in the full amount of the item. We accept - Cash, Credit Cards, Apple Pay.  We only accept checks from business clients. Wholesale / Tax Exempt Clients Only: You certify that the tax free purchase items qualify for resale or other permitted tax or fee exemption.
